Shipping Policy

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited shall deliver all products purchased online within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. We may use third-party courier / postal services for delivery and shall not be liable for any delay caused by the delivery service providers. Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package; otherwise, it will be presumed that you have accepted the delivery.

Refund & Cancellation
We will be able to cancel orders only before they are shipped.

Return Policy
We offer 3 days return policy. Customer can return the product within 3 days after the product is delivered provided the product is unused and is in original condition.

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
Genuine quality issues.
Packages lost in transit.
In case PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method within 15 working days.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
Package refused by the recipient.
Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Minor colour and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
If the Jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
