He has been with the PNG group for 12 years, during which he has served as Chief Financial Officer of the unlisted parent company and as co-founder of PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery — the group's first listed retail brand simultaneously. Gargi, which operates on the same SIS and EBO model as Reva, has grown from its SIS Business Model to over ₹100 crore in revenue within three years, profitable every quarter, and debt-free.
